Upon purchasing a loveit coverit Travel Insurance policy, you’ll receive a unique medical advice access code with your policy documents. To use the service:

  1. Download the free Dr Please! app from the Apple Store (for iOS devices) or Google Play Store (for Android devices) before your trip.
  2. Log in to the app using your access code.
  3. Book a video or phone consultation as needed during your travels.

The Doctor Please! app is a medical consultation service provided in partnership with AXA, included at no extra cost with all our Travel Insurance policies. It allows you to talk to a doctor by phone or video from anywhere in the world.

If you or another traveller on your policy falls ill while abroad, you can schedule a remote appointment with a doctor via the Doctor Please! app. After the consultation, you’ll have access to the doctor’s notes and any prescriptions needed for medication at a local pharmacy.
