My iPhone keeps turning itself off:

One of the most infuriating iPhone faults is when your phone decides to keep switching off. If your iPhone is rebooting unexpectedly we recommend checking your settings: Settings > General > Reset All Settings

Your iPhone will likely prompt you to enter your Apple account information, but don’t worry – you shouldn’t lose any of your pictures, videos or apps. With any luck this should stop your phone from randomly restarting.

My iPhone camera won’t work:

We understand just how much our customers love their iPhone cameras, so we can understand how annoying it can be should it decide to stop working. Quite often iPhone users don’t realise they have certain restrictions turned on, hindering the usability of the camera. Try this fix to resolve it:

Settings > General > Restrictions > Check the “allow camera” function is turned on. If it is already turned on, try turning it off and on again.

If this doesn’t work you can try restoring your iPhone in iTunes, but make sure you’ve backed up your data beforehand.

My iPhone keeps overheating:

Every now and again your iPhone may send you a notification saying that it’s too hot. Don’t panic! Long periods of use or leaving your iPhone out in the sun can cause this problem. However, if your iPhone is still overheating even if it’s not in use and it’s in a cool environment, there may be cause for concern.

If your iPhone is overheating try removing the case to give your phone a chance to cool down. It also makes sense to shut down any apps you may be using and also turn off the Wi-Fi. If the temperature situation doesn’t improve and the heat notification is still displaying, it may be best to turn your device off completely.

My iPhone screen is frozen:

If you use your iPhone daily then being unable to use the screen properly can be a major setback. But this annoying problem is more common than you think. If you’ve recently done an iOS update then your phone will be more prone to freezing.

If the touch responsiveness of your phone does not seem to be working and turning it off and on again doesn’t work, you’re going to need to try a hard reset.

Hold the home key and the sleep button at the same time your phone should show the Apple screen and turn off.

Try this process a few times before you write off your iPhone. This fix often works after a few times.
