This does not change anything for you, the policy holder, - you still have a valid phone insurance policy with us, you can amend your policy and make claims as you did before. You can find the important policy documents below.

Coronavirus update

Coronavirus has definitely affected everyone in the world and we are not an exception. Even though the way we work has changed a bit, we still want to be sure that we are here to help our customers. Therefore, we are open, resolving claims and repairing phones as we did before.

However, we are following Government’s guidance and our staff is working from home, therefore there might be a slight delay in responding which will be dependant on the volume. Do not hesitate to contact us by email, through live chat or social media pages, we will make sure your questions will be answered as soon as possible.

How To Claim?

A few simple steps

1. Tell us about your claim as soon as possible and in any event within 48 hours of discovery by emailing claims@cusc.co.uk

2. Once you have told us about your claim one of the CUSC Customer Care Team will guide you through the process to ensure your claim is promptly handled and to ensure you know what documentation you require to support your claim

3. Once your claim has been approved and your excess paid your gadget will be repaired, or replacement sent, should it not be repairable (or of course if it has been lost or stolen)
